Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ferra. Every jacket we make is crafted with care and precision. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Custom-Made Jackets (Important)
Custom jackets are made according to the measurements and preferences provided by customers, so they are not eligible for standard returns.
We will gladly remake or exchange a custom jacket if:
• The jacket arrives damaged
• The wrong item, color, or size is delivered
• The final measurements do not match the client-provided measurements
Custom Orders Not Eligible for Return
• Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
• Change of mind in style or color
• Natural leather marks or variations in texture are not defects
Sizing Concerns
If sizing is incorrect due to our error, we will:
• Provide a free alteration
or
• Replace the jacket if alteration cannot fix the issue
We may request:
• Measurement sheet submitted
• Photos of the jacket being worn
• Inspection details
Shipping Responsibilities
• Customer pays return shipping unless we are at fault
• Items must be well-packaged to avoid damage
If the item is faulty or wrong, Ferra covers all shipping costs.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
• Processing takes 5 to 10 business days
• Shipping fees are not refundable
